Equestrian Training Facilities

This newly completed Amish-built farm includes an 11 stall barn, an indoor arena, an outdoor arena and a storage barn. There are four fields for turnout, totalling 25+ acres with all board fencing. A one mile trotting/ galloping track follows the perimeter of the fields over varying terrain in the shade of the surrounding woods.

Barn

Eleven 12ft x 12ft stalls with rubber matts and hay racks Dutch doors in every stall act as windows in the summer and an emergency escape door Insulated tack room with wash room Insulated office 12ft x 12ft wash stall with hot and cold water Aisle lights that illuminate the entire barn, as well as individual stall lights

Indoor Arena

Bluestone footing, soon to be adding sand or rubber 12 windows and a trim of translucent siding keep the indoor well lit with natural light

Outdoor Arena

100ft x 200ft Sand mixed with C-33 (similar to bluestone), doesn't get too hard or very dusty Three sides are fenced for safety of horse and rider, with a natural hill along one side for a natural look Event quality lights illuminate the ring for night riding Stadium Jumps

Storage Barn

24ft x 48ft Hay section can hold 300 bales of hay Section for sawdust Section for farm equipment and tools
